Prime Video confirmó su lista completa para julio de 2026. El mes arranca el 1 de julio con “Elle”, serie precuela de “Legally Blonde” ambientada seis años antes de la película, que sigue a una joven Elle Woods enfrentando el ambiente grunge de un instituto de Seattle en los años noventa. Su productora ejecutiva, Reese Witherspoon, reconoció que se inspiró en el éxito de “Wednesday” de Netflix para desarrollar el spin-off.
También llega “Ride or Die”, comedia de acción con Octavia Spencer y Hannah Waddingham, el 15 de julio, además de la segunda temporada de “Batman: Caped Crusader” el 31 de julio, con la participación de Bruce Timm, Matt Reeves y J.J. Abrams.
Un movimiento importante para el mes es la llegada de las siete temporadas completas de “Gilmore Girls”, tras su salida de Netflix, junto con la serie completa de “Everybody Hates Chris”. Para los fans del anime, “Ghost in the Shell” regresa con una nueva adaptación el 7 de julio.
El catálogo general suma clásicos como “Gladiator”, “Saving Private Ryan” y “The Martian” desde el arranque del mes. Hasta el momento no se han anunciado cambios oficiales en precios de suscripción para México.
